There should have been a 5-star feedback rating & not a 1-star as was shown, for the "pay-to-view" document I attempted 2 rcv on Tues, April 29th. From the beginning, I had been pleased w/yr services, & believe the number of readings I had from u, as well as my communicating such 2 u by e-mail, exhibited this. Alas, I was blocked by u, discovering your surprisingly harsh & curt mail. This was when I was made aware that the rating was registered in error, as occasionally ocurs on keen. Unfortunately I had no way of rectifying this. I consulted keen when I was unable 2 open the document properly, FOLLOWING YOUR INSTRUCTIONS, in the same mail.
